That means fewer hand-offs, a tighter creative vision, and work that actually moves people. Our home base in Bafal, Kathmandu doubles as a dance studio, so movement-driven shoots happen on the same floor where they're rehearsed.

Most of what decides whether a shoot works happens before anyone picks up a camera. We start on the idea — what the piece is for, who it is aimed at, and what it has to make someone feel or do. Only then does it become a shot list, a location, and a schedule. A clear creative idea is the cheapest thing to get right and the most expensive thing to fix later.

There is no waiting on a separate editor to become available, no re-explaining the concept to a freelancer who was not in the room. The Bafal studio doubles as a dance floor, so work that needs choreography or movement direction can be built and shot in the same space.
